The Mussel Pod is a takeaway catering cart, offering a variety of fresh, steamed mussels. The offerings include a very traditional marinière (cream, garlic and onion), or butter/garlic, as well as more extraordinary options prepared with cider (the chef's favourite), and another with Thai flavours (cocoanut milk, chillies, ginger, sriracha sauce, etc) that is the favourite of the fisherman himself. Would 100% go back and have! If you find your self in Brancaster Staithe make sure you pop in this little jem. Also the amount of mussels you get for the price is something to behold I was swept of my feet with the shear amount and quality. The host/chef was lovely and kept us entertained whilst we waited in somewhat typical Norfolk weather. Please give this place a visit if you...
