Had a really nice lunch. Tried the breadsticks and olive oil share platter and it was really nice. That was followed by a crab pate and a three cheese platter. Both excellent. Service great and drinks especially the hot chocolate very nice too. Fantastic selection of cheeses and a superb choice of the usual artisan high end groceries. 40 pounds for drinks and 2 courses was excellent value with the added experience of several cheeses and chutneys etc you wouldn't get elsewhere. Went in today to get a selection of cheeses for some lovely neighbours. Brilliant shop. The lady said she could make up a gift box. We set the value and, while I had a delicious coffee with almond croissant, the lady put it all together. She suggested pickle and wafers. They have a HUGE selection of chutneys/ pickles etc- Norfolk made!Beautifully wrapped, raffia bow AND a freezer block to keep everything cool while I drive back tomorrow. This cheese shop is amazing they have a great range of cheese to choose from. And if your like me not been very adventurous with cheese the staff are really helpful in telling you about the difference type. Also they have a good range of crackers and chutneys to go with.
