I don’t know how you can mess up an order so often, at this point it’s almost expected. This time, a simple request of “no cream” had to be stated three times and guess what - it still came with cream. Upon stating this, our server seemed confused about the whole interaction. Delicious Waffles, tried one of the house Waffles. Like chocolate heaven. However the packaging is not suitable for takeaway. The ice cream starts to melt through the cardboard box within minutes, and starts dripping out. We live 5 mins away but came back with chocolate splashed all over out trousers, and left a trail on the pavement. By the time you get home it's a bit of a mess. Pictures online looked good, but there's nothing special about this place. Exactly the same waffles you can make at home with a store waffle mix. The boxes that come with fruit at an additional cost are just absurd, about a third of a banana sliced up and a few tiny slithers of one or two strawberries.
