Didn't hear back off the ''management team' they asked me to so I did.... no reply!! Obviously disgusting management team aswell 🙄

This place is a joke, wish I could give zero stars for their customer service. Went in on 10th July for a meal asked at the bar as a new customer told to take a seat someone would come and take our order. Looked at what we would like from the menu, ages passed by and nobody came over. Went back to the bar to say nobody came and was told were not serving food anymore. 15 min our of service, we waited longer than that for a waiter. Told we could buy crisps or go the chippy over the road. How insulting and disgusting, we got a taxi there from a good distance away and ended up getting another taxi to a good pub ..the cookhouse!! Lovely staff, lovely food, should have gone there first. Won't go back to the rude inexperienced staff at the dandelion!! Thanks for nothing...

Tuesday lunchtime - seated quickly, staff attentive. Calamari starter - enjoyed Rump steak - delicious Steak sandwich - had to search for the steak between the bread, lettuce and onion chutney. Certainly not the best I’ve had by a long way. Onion rings - delicious Lemon tart and raspberry sorbet - enjoyable Tiramisu - sent back as was totally tasteless, didn’t resemble tiramisu at all and looked dry and claggy like it was days old. Coffees - delicious

However subsequentally the person who had calamari has had an terribly upset stomach all day (and this was only meal consumed)

This was our first visit to the Dandelion based on various people recommending it but based on today we wouldn’t return. Shame as it’s local to us.

Parking is also a nightmare even on a mid...

I've been here a good few times over the past 2 or 3 years , I have never had a problem with the starters, main components of the main dishes or desserts, but the chips are frozen, the chef can cook a mean burger, the steaks are decent (I'm fussy about steak and if somewhere let's me down once I never reorder a steak) the staff are usually brilliant, in 2 years only had one bad experience from a waitress who seemed unfriendly and just wanted us seated, as if she was doing us a favour by allowing us in. I usually order meat and chips/fries, the burgers, steak, chicken I've had has been really good quality and obviously cooked by someone who as some food knowledge, yet they serve it with chips that are like air...
