Scrumptious — Restaurant in Lancaster

The quality of the donner meat served at this establishment is subpar and appears to be the cheapest available on the market. It is unappetizing and unpleasant to consume.

My colleague ordered a lamb shish, which was predominantly fat, and the salad was of poor quality and not worth serving.

It is evident that this establishment lacks attention to detail and effort in food preparation, despite charging high prices for their offerings.

If you are easily satisfied with low-quality food, then this establishment may be suitable for you. However, I strongly recommend avoiding it due to the poor quality of the food and service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....

Ordered food. Some of it came fine, but the two pizzas and garlic bread didn't arrive. Called first time and was told that it was on the way. Waited 20mins. Rang again, was told that they will speak to the driver and ring me back. Didn't get rung back so rang again after 30mins. Was told that it was on the way and will be here in a few minutes. Still waiting half an hour later and it's not arrived. Awful customer service. They just told me a bunch of lies. Had to request a refund through just eat and hope that it's approved. My boyfriend has to go without any tea tonight since the pizzas were what he ordered. Never ordering from here...

This used to be the best takeaway in the town. This was the best place for a kebab & pizza. Used to order every 2 weeks & was always great. Haven't ordered for around 2 months & what a disappointment.

Must have new owners & changed food suppliers for a cheaper alternative. The food is now tasteless & cheap. What used to be great donner kebab now feels like it's 50% water & tasteless meat. The chips are average at best now aswell.

I didn't mind paying more £ in the past as it was fantastic however there is nothing nice about this anymore. Only thing that's the same is the shop name.

Won't be ordering...
