Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Lancaster

Come on Starbuck managers get the staff sorted out. All reviews are similar to my first time experience today. Very dissappointed & won't be using the drive through or cafe again. Pulled up at order point in drive through. Waited over 5 mins for anyone to acknowledge I was there. Unfriendly response for a single cappaccino. "Is that it?" !@@!!! Waited another 10 mins at the window. Observed two staff. Serving cafe customers. Was eventually passed a medium coffee. I asked if there was sprinkles as no observed put any on. She reluctantly did it. Passed me the cup was extremely hot to hold. I asked for a cover or a holder tray. Reply was no because not available on the medium size !! What....this is a drive through...hot cups unable to hold in the car....and at £4.55 which shocked me at the price I would have expected sprinkles, cup cover, & a friendlier service. I will not be using this Starbucks branch again. Come on you managers reading these reviews get your acts together with the service here and staffing/ attitudes towards good customer service. We don't normally frequent fast food venues, however after a shopping expedition and feeling hungry, decided to try Starbucks expecting to get an almond latte and possibly banana bread or carrot cake. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that they offered vegan burgers. Hubby and I had one each, delicious and hot, the bun was crispy on top, fresh and tasty. The plant based burger a great texture with a touch of spice as to not overpower the flavour and a generous slice of vegan cheese melted on top. Most delicious. Definitely recommend trying one whether you're a meat eater or not. They are really tasty and filling. The almond latte was delish also. We've just returned from Australia after 12 years and have found it difficult to buy almond latte drinks here, whereas they are extremely popular down under. The service from the staff was horrendous. I pre- ordered 4 drinks 15 minutes before I arrived. It was not busy at all and the drinks hadn’t been made yet. There was 3 members of staff on all complaint about customers and discussing customers appearances in a negative light. I gave some feedback to a member of staff very politely saying that next time can we have our drinks on time as we pre ordered and that the staff should not be slagging off customers and not just standing around talking. It came across as very rude and disrespectful. Especially, due to the member of staff snapping back at me at my feedback. I think the staff have no respect for customers at all. It’s clear they only want their paycheck. Especially due to me spending £25 I do think it’s only fair that I should be compensated in some way by Starbucks for the lack of respect and...
