Super friendly pub 🍻 Great pint of Lancaster blonde, perfect temperature and pour . We went for Sunday Lunch which for a tenner each was good. Not the best I've had to be honest but if you don't want to cook or are staying on th campsite it's spot on. Advisable to preorder if it's busy as we did and although we waited for a few minutes for the table to be ready ( whilst enjoying the pint of course) the food arrived very swiftly 😊 In a lovely rural countryside spot with a warm welcome from the landlady Bernadette. The place was rammed.

Excellent place with fabulous food and a warm welcome. This is how pubs should be, friendly and jovial landlord & landlady serving great beer and tasty food at sensible prices. There's a large beer garden to the rear with plenty of well spaced seating. There's a large Car park just opposite and a small CL caravan and motorhome site next to that with water, electricity & an Elsan point. BRILLIANT! If you don't want to eat at the pub you could always get a takeaway as they've got that covered too.

Fabulous meal and service at the Tatham Bridge Inn. I've eaten at many pubs across the country and they all pale in comparison. It's clear the chef is passionate about making things from scratch, from the game pie (pictured) all the way to the chips which were twice fried and tasted amazing. The food was well-seasoned and every dish at the table was executed fantastically. I can't wait to go back!

We had heard good reviews so decided to try.Was quite disappointed. .We had a shared starter and everything on it was bought in.Although we did eat it all.My wife had the game pie which appeared to be popular however was 60%meat 40% gravy.(Tasted ok)The boiled potatoes where dry and tasteless. I like potatoes so pinched one and only ate half.I got the fish and chips..I was so so disappointed with that. The fish was a perfect oblong in shape with the batter looking as if was painted on.Meaning not a fresh piece of fish dipped in batter and dropped into hot oil/fat.The chips I'm sorry to say white floppy tasteless things. We had vegetables which came in a small dish and had to be shared between us 2 and another of our party. To cap it all the proprietors dog was in and out of the restaurant and bar area rummaging under our and other diners tables. The bar area actually smelt of dog. Just not what we expected. The staff however where pleasant and friendly. No we didn't complain as there was so much there to complain about we felt that it would have been embarrassing for us...

A typical olde English public house with low ceilings, black painted beams, white walls adorned with horse brasses and other antiquities. The usual pub food menu is well priced and very edible! There are regular special items that are just as tempting. We had the Whitby Scampi tails with great chip shop style chips and veg & the Cumberland ring sausage in gravy housed in a mega Yorkshire pudding with boiled potatoes and salad. This lovely roadside hostelry also boasts a good size car park, a small campsite for caravans and campervans opposite and a pub garden. All in all a delightful place where there's a friendly greeting, good food and a reasonably well-stocked bar. A 2nd visit is...

Upon arrival at the Bridge Inn I was greeted by a rotund, ignorant Lancastrian with no manners. This gentleman had little sympathy with the centuries old tradition of public house keeping and holstlery. Despite only wanting to frequent this establishment for an alcoholic beverage I was turned away with no manners or care, I immediately questioned if the likes of this establishment would survive a pandemic with such a poor attitude towards customers. My only regret from the whole experience was that I was so taken back by this Gentlemans rudeness that I did not have time to retort to his course tongue, but that dear reader is indeed where the concept of reviews favour...
