If I could give a zero score review I certainly would.

Lovely people, but absolutely appalling breakfast box - this arrived with me, flooding with liquid that leaked out everywhere! Upon opening the box I first noticed the soggy hash brown that was so wet through it fell to bits when prodded - bacon was undercooked (when I asked for it very well done), almost raw black pudding - we ordered additional hash browns in a separate box, which I can confirm are old hash browns that had been twice fried - a simple squeeze oozed with grease galore and you could see the off colour that it gets from being twice fried!! Sickening!!

When returning this we were advised that 'we received the wrong box' - yet when dropping this off, there was another customer doing the same (undercooked bacon when he asked for well done). I am sure no-one would order an undercooked box of food!

I thought I would give this place another chance as we have had appalling experiences before with their fruit and veg boxes filled with old stock that didn't even last 2 days! - it would seem that it is not just 'a bad day' but a running theme.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am extremely appalled that food like this is able to be sold. With everyone struggling with lockdown, we of course want to support our local businesses - but not when they are clearly not bothered by the quality of food they are feeding their local neighbours :( a review was necessary to avoid others experiencing the same issues.

Very dissapointed with box. The stock was old, onion growing roots, carrots broken and black in parts the cabbage was loosing colour with brown leaves. The satsumas were going off and strawberries definately seen better days! We spent £20 but sadly cannot recomend. It just isn't value for money and needed to bin...
