Subway — Restaurant in Leeds

Ordered 2 sandwiches, chicken tikka and tuna mayo, chicken tikka made first, then tuna mayo. Tuna mayo scoop covered in tuna mayo. Lady took my chicken tikka out of oven, and went to get salad, (picking it up and putting back in), I’d asked her to change glove as she’d not changed since touched scoop covered in fish, as I don’t eat fish, and she’s just wiped her hands on uniform, and couldn’t understand I was asking her to change glove, and she just passed sandwich onto other staff. I felt uncomfortable with eating the salad, with not eating fish (complete disregard to cross contamination and allergic reactions was now out the window). Ordered through the App but when i go to store to collect it they told me they are not taking any orders through the Subway app and only take the justeat orders. had to speak with the manager to sort it out and the 1st comment was cancel the order and place a new order from the store. but I received the confirmation throughout the email and also the app saying my order is accepted. had to spend 30-40 minutes throughout my lunch break to argue with the manager (not sure she is the manager or not) to get the order still there wasn't any rush in the shop and there was another guy with the same issue in the...

Ordered a breakfast sandwich. It was cold. Given it was toasted, but previous purchases of the same item at different stores the sandwich contents have always been hot. This wasn't pleasant to eat. The hash brown tasted stale because they weren't cooked with a taste of freezer on them. The cheese was barely melted and the bread also tasted stale.
