Without a doubt the best Starbucks in the UK!

No matter the time, weather conditions and complexity of our order, we always receive 5* service! Incredibly friendly staff, always professional and never failing to serve delicious customisable drinks.

You can really tell how dedicated the staff are to ensuring customer satisfaction and just how much they enjoy what they do. Always serving my drink with a smile on their faces! Not something you’re lucky enough to get so consistently in other branches!

And not least always remembering my particularly difficult order. 😄

My dog is always extremely welcomed too and they take just as good care of doggy customers as they do with their human ones.

Cannot recommend this Starbucks enough if you’re looking for a coffee fix and always with plenty of parking.

Just been served by Ness, my friend double checked if her drink was with oat milk, before they made it. Ness then was extremely rude, making a comment “you’re great, come again soon why don’t you” in a very sarcastic tone. She continued to mutter under her breathe and give us extremely dirty looks. We were nothing but polite and apologised on our end for not making it clear we needed oat milk (which we did make very clear) the drink also had not even been made yet so it shouldn’t of been an issue. She then continued moaning at us “you needed to state oat milk at the beginning” (which we did! Twice may I add) continued rolling her eyes and looking at us like a piece of dirt. Newly opened Starbucks by local franchise “Cobra Coffee”. Very new and modern inside, and the staff are very helpful.

You can see the interior has had some thought put into it, very open and has comfortable seating, as well as more than enough USB plugs/sockets and Wi-Fi. It has gender-neutral toilets which were clean as well.

The only negative is that it is not visible enough! I only knew because I knew about it opening, but they need a sign/banner along the road as it is very tucked in. It wasn’t on Google Maps and Starbucks store locator (only until recently), which is good to see changed.
