Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Lichfield

I would not recommend anyone to visit shenstone Costa drive in, terrible customer service and appaling manners, after complaining porridge was cold, the man put it back in the microwave for 5 minutes, and laughed even though other member of staff questioned him and said we only usual put it in for 30 seconds? He laughed, he also questioned mine and my friends disability because they had forgotten the drink from the order and my friend gone back to the drive in hatch and collected it. Went in first thing after a hard bights shift for their advertised bap and coffee offer for £2. Cost £4.40. Bap was tiny and incinerated to the point that it was only cool enough to eat a few minutes later. The flat white was just as bad; not easily drinkable for ages and the coffee was burnt as a result. Possibly the worst Costa experience I've ever had. This was not a lovingly created costa coffee more of a grumpy slopped in the mug by someone having a bad day with a face like thunder under normal circumstances I would complain about my coffee and toast but in this case it would not have been worth the breath.
