Greggs — Restaurant in Lincoln

Have been a customer here since this place opened. As a company and a family we have spent a lot of money here over the years, but after today's events we won't be spending any more.

This shop has changed its opening hours over the last few weeks and now closes at 4pm. I was in just before 4 today and was told that they were closed and the member of staff "Katherine" spoke to me like I was a child "We do close at 4pm you know".

Firstly, you've changed your closing time recently so I didn't know you closed at 4, plus your Google maps business page says you close at 8.30 and one of the photos is of your opening hours that says you close at 5.30. All that aside, there is no need to take that tone of voice. I only worked in retail for 17 years and never spoke to anyone like that.

So while Katherine remains working here, we won't be buying anything here in the future and I don't advise anyone...

Bluebell is in the lovely village, walking distance from Barnstaple. Comfortable, warm...great woodburner (best I have used). Extremely well equipped Kitchen for self catering and very convenient dining area part of comfortable lounge. Decoration and new carpets throughout and everything and everywhere brilliantly clean. Garden is up some steep steps but is a great private place for sitting and in warmer times alfresco dining and wineing. Extra bonus of off road parking onto Chadiford road at back of property. Highly recommended and will definitely return....did I mention a very friendly local pub for decent food and local beers just across the road in Bradiford. The Windsor...

My partner Placed an order with Greggs this morning was supposed to be delivered at 8:43. Waited until 9:43 no food or sign of the driver. Rang the shop and after 3 rings they eventually answered and then they said sorry the driver doesn’t work for us they work for just eat so will have to complain with them. Absolute shambles and appalling customer service. Will not be using you again after being a regular customer this is how...
