Burger Moods — Restaurant in London

I'm guessing this is a new place, we were quite excited to order from here as looking at the pictures everything looked amazing. Proper American style burgers with a twist.

Firstly, contacting the company was a bit confusing. The company has the wrong number on Ubereats, and I unfortunately, called a random woman to chase up on the order. No worries, owner was informed.

Now the food, when it arrived it was hot and we got some extras which at first seemed nice. A good will gesture with an ask for a review - onion rings and spring rolls. However, bit confused because spring rolls aren't even on their menu so I'm wondering if these were frozen.

Now onto the burgers itself, the biggest disappontment was the chicken burger. It was not a premium batterred fillet of chicken, but rather a chicken mince patty. So not only was the description of the product misleading, but so were the images on the website. I overpaid for mince! The bun was definitely not premium, website images show bun with sesame seeds on top, abd what appears to be a crspy fried chiket fillet. The burger was smothered in sauce as if to hide the mince... the size of the burger was smaller than anticipated.

The chips were definitely very dry.

What we did like was the beef burger. That seemed to be of good quality and tasty, and the chips covered with the chilli or garlic sauce. The rest... not so great. My recommendation to this new restaurant is to first and foremost, deliver what's advertised or change your advertisement of the product. If you can make these changes, then I'm sure this will be a great...

I was at my partners house and she fancied a burger.. I took a risk and ordered from burger moods… She had the chicken burger with chips and I had the double beef burger with chips. We got a box of garlic chicken tenders on chips as a side to share… Now, I’ve had a lot of burgers in my time, but this was something else!! My partner isn’t the biggest lover of meat and was a bit apprehensive about ordering from these guys, but we both loved our meals so much that we ordered them again the following evening and they were just as good! The meat is real meat and bursting with flavour. The salad is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious! None of the food was greasy and the chips were so fluffy and perfectly cooked!

I promise you that you won’t regret ordering from these guys!!! 10/10!!

It would be nice if you had an option of the chicken tenders not on chips as a side dish as we didn’t really need the extra chips, but that is by no means a criticism - just a suggestion!

A total rip off . I am not one to ever leave bad reviews but unfortunately this place deserves less than one star. Not only I paid for food and received only half of it but then when I have complained their company policy is that they will give me the proper order only if I didn’t leave a bad review so basically they will blackmail you into not giving them a bad review because otherwise they won’t fix the issue. Unfortunately I don’t have time to write the whole story but cutting it short the food was not worth the price and the staff including the manager are incredibly rude and unprofessional! Never experienced anything like that before. Well , if you don’t want bad reviews provide the customers with what they have paid for first of all, learn some customer service basics and change your company policy because it is never heard of...
