Caffeine CO Sudbury Hill — Restaurant in London

Have been ordering from here ever since they opened however keep having awful customer service experiences ever since all the staff is now from Poland.

I ordered a coffee yesterday morning, it was unfortunately undrinkable and had to throw it away due to there being too much syrup added to my small coffee (which is understandable and the first time it has occurred).

I came back this morning and asked if the ladies can put less syrup in my coffee today and explained the situation to which I received weird looks, attitude and passive aggressiveness.

I stated that I did not have a problem, all I would like is less syrup in my small coffee this morning and the advice I received from the staff was that;

“Next time if I do not have a problem, I should not say anything.” - to which I asked for my money back and left.

Moral of the story;

Today I went there for a Coffee and Quick Grab around 2 pm. The Lady which served me she was so nice and warm. When I opened the door she smiled at me and I could feel straight away that this is one of these sincere smiles. I straight away knew that the service will be wonderful. I wasn't wrong 🤍 The coffee was smooth,texture of flat white silky and delicate just how I like no bubbly texture. Perfect temperature. Perfect Skills. Woman serving was so rude, so much attitude. No customer service skills. Ruined my happy morning with my daughter.
