I ordered a build your own pizza with extra cheese on Sunday night 30th August and I have to say it was the worst pizza I have ever had. I only wanted pepperoni, chorizo and crispy onions on it - they phoned to say they don't do chorizo, so I said make it up with extra pepperoni - it arrived with only 7 slices on pepperoni on it!! £16.49 it cost! I'm gob-smacked they sent it out like this. Never again!

In response to your reply - which was almost as dishonest as the pizza you sold me - the delivery charge was not included in the £16.49. That cost an extra £4.25 plus a service charge of 50p which brought the total bill up to £21.24.

You sell 12" pizzas which are cut into 8 and there were just seven ordinary sized slices of pepperoni on it - you forgot the crispy onions by the way. It didn't occur to me to open the box and check the contents in front of the delivery man before he left - I have never had to do that, ever. I wish I had, because I would have given it straight back to him and demanded a refund from you. It was an absolute joke and I reiterate that I am shocked that you would send a pizza like that out to a customer. You are a brand new business - I would have thought that you would be looking to impress people not disgust them.

Ok lets get straight into this. It's great. My first time ordering here and I absolutely will be again. Rahul my delivery driver was quick communicative and got my food to me while it was still warm and early for my delivery time. It's packed all in specific branded pots that make it stand out as being quality over the array of cheap pizza and chicken places out there. I had the hand made wedges with parmesan my only criticism is these were a little starchy and my fault if I was to order them again I wouldn't have the parmesan but they were still nice even with my own mistake. The chicken strip's have a variety of flavours and spices you can have I had the BBQ and they were delicious. I think these strips are pretty standard like I feel like I've had them before but they've added to the taste by enhancing them with their own flavours making them really delicious. I was so excited to see a new fire away restaurant open a year ago. We’ve had 3 orders before. 2 successful and great. Thank you. The third order, I placed around order a year ago, was missing items and we received a apologetic call from a lady at the restaurant offering a free pizza next time we ordered as good will. But the next time, On ordering the goodwill pizza offer was Removed and the error was blamed on Deliveroo and we were told they had no record of it. Tonight we’re at a friends house, giving it another go and ordering to feed 8 people and we’ve had 2 deliveries so far which are still not complete.
