Greggs — Restaurant in London

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of service this evening. I had a too good to go bag. Unfortunately when I arrived at the store the shutters were down. 3 members of staff were inside. This was 4.35pm. When collection was 4.30 til 5pm. I tried to interact several times, only to be ignored. At one point a woman came up to the shutters , laughed, ran back and hid. I'm so disappointed as I shop here all the time. I will not be purchasing from this branch any more. I'm so disappointed ab upset. It would have been nice for someone to say there was no stock. Or alternatively cancel the order. Rather than coming out in the rain when not needed. Also waited 15 minutes. Another woman showed up to collect a bag also. She was...

Came in for breakfast, i was visiting a friend down here as i am from up north. and all i can say is that this place is ATROCIOUS! first of all the woman that was the area manager was rude to her staff (i had to ask a staff member if she was okay because of how rude she was being) i asked for the name of the manager as i think this is absolutely out of order and her name was barbra or something along them lines. i’m not too sure? however the girl serving us was great at her job i didn’t manage to get her name but she has a lot of cool tats. she was very friendly and gave excellent service. however i am still in disbelief that a manager is speaking to her...

I’m a regular customer during the week on work hours, before I start my day always get my breakfast staff are lovely and speedy … sadly the weekends don’t match up .. I felt bad for the boy who was serving alone with a que to the door. Surly they have more staff on a weekend. I usually only ever see one person serving and no one else in sight there was no food ready… Think I’ll stick to just going in...
