Greggs — Restaurant in London

I am working in customer services but some people shouldn’t work in customer services, I was served by Rabeya today and two days ago and she was really rude with sarcastic answers which I don’t understand why because I am kind with all the people. She didn’t heard what I said and she said : I can’t read your mind, and I forgot the other answer but very sarcastic! Last time they close for break and she said after I’ve been waiting 5 min she let impression that I can come and then after I’ve been waiting she said manager said we close for break still with same attitude arrogant and sarcastic( in condition that was write on the paper in the window that they will close 13.30 and was 13.15) at least she should tell me to not wait from the begging! I can see she have bad reviews I don’t understand why you guys don’t...

I want to give 5 stars for the girl who’s working there Folusho she have a very good customer services, she is always kind and positive she is the best girl from there, she and a guy with glasses! I absolutely love coming into Greggs on Mamford Way because the team of women that work there make it so worthwhile 😍. Faridah, Aida and the other ladies that work there are super friendly, warm and they create an inviting atmosphere at the Bakery. I don't live in Hainault but I much prefer coming here than going to my own local Greggs!...
