When we first went inco for dinner, the food was nice, and the restaurant was empty which they took the time to put quality into the food. But after some time we had a takeaway and they forgot to put several items in the bag, this time it was a bit busy but we just went back and told them about the forgotten items.
We just brushed it off after not thinking anything of it, mistakes happen. Another time we had takeaway again and AGAIN they forgot to add several items, we only realised when we got home. We went back again and they gave us the items, this time we were a bit upset but we brushed it off again.
Couple months go by and we went to to pick up for takeaway again some cheesy pastry, kebab and a chicken burger as i was craving it really bad, and the chicken burger that was displayed on the screen at the entrance looked really good and i was craving. So we ordered all this items, we got home and we were really hungry. But guess what? WHEN WE OPENED THE DAMN BAG ITEMS WERE MISSING AGAIN, and i know what youre thinking. "Why did you not check if all the items were in the bag, when picking up the food, especially after this many mistakes" To be honest, in my head i kept telling my self THAT THERE IS NO WAY THAT THEY WOULD MISS SOME ITEMS OUT AGAIN.
And my favorite thing from there was the sigara burek ( the cheese pastry ) but this particular time, it was disgusting, it tasted like its been in the freezer for ages and the chicken burger had no flavour, I WAS SO ANNOYED BECAUSE I WAS CRAVING IT SO BAD AND IT LOOKED GOOD ON THE SCREEN BUT I WAS FOOLED. NO FKING FLAVOUR AT ALL!!!
Im dissapointed inco, i rly wished you guys were the restaurant that i would go for different occasions for a cheeky kebab and some cheese pastry with the fam but no. Never buying from you guys again. And you cant even use the excuse for your mistakes that you guys are busy at all times or whatever, no offense but the ppl i see there all the time now are some tramps living on council tax that obvs dont mind the taste of cheap food now. You used to do good quality food but now you dont...
Read moreI ordered the large cod which should come with chips from their website. When the meal arrived it was without the chips so I phoned and raised this to be told the website is wrong, it doesn't come with chips. I pointed out that if you advertise something and I then pay for that you have to honour your advertisement so after a bit of debate they agreed to send the chips.
I also requested that they sent them a.s.a.p as whilst I wait, the fish is in the oven and this would not make the meal any better if it's sitting in the oven too long.
After 30 mins I ring again, I ask to speak to the manager and I point out to him that I've been waiting 30 mins and the fish isn't getting any better sitting in the oven. He the starts ranting telling me it's not their website I ordered from that wrong, he's doing me a favor sending the chips and it's on it way, talks over me and is rude and aggressive.
Things happen in life and stuff goes wrong, its how you correct a situation that defines if you care. Frankly this guy was more annoyed with me pointing out their website is wrong and not delivering what you have in writing for all to see is false advertising.
Ultimately I didn't enjoy the dried out cod and warm soggy chips with a dashing it verbal abuse for 10 pounds... No surprise...
Read moreI made my first visit to the Inco on a Saturday night to order a take away kebab. It was a busy time for the staff, nine people were behind the counter and they were constantly working.
The food available varies between a Turkish menu and traditional British Fish and Chips.
I had to wait for about twenty minutes for the food, but it was definitely worth the wait.
I ordered a large mixed Kebab for myself and my family. The food included lamb doner, chicken doner, shish kofte, lamb shish, mixed salad, bulgar wheat, rice, tzatziki, chili sauce and Turkish bread.
It was cooked well and tasted excellent.
I would definitely return there again and order another meal.
Parking is freely available outside.
There is a step at the entrance and that could be difficult for some people who have...
