Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in London

This used to always be our go to cafe as it is very close to our house even before there refurbishment the food was always served clean and hot as you can see the kitchen also. The front of house staff have always been amazing however for the last couple of months we have waited over 45 minutes to get two plates of food and when they come it's cold and disgusting this happened once so we gave them the benefit of the doubt but second time was even worse as they tried to bring out my daughter's meal stale and cold I normally wouldn't complain but it was seriously disgusting and this is why it was my last time ever stepping foot in there. Ps Don't let my daughter's smile fool you bless her she just saw pancakes...

We are having burgers plus ice cream and iced lattes. Lovely place to eat. Good prices. Good customer service. Fast enough. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I would like to enjoy sun outside outdoor terrace. Once that will be built this will be one of my favourite...
