A lot of Very rude male staff. not a kid friendly place to stay. Front desk male staff who assisted checking out had a know-it-all atittude. Big male staff wearing coat in the dining hall was loud, strong and unkind to my kid. Even threatened to put my kid in a dark room. Good food but not great service. We reserved a table for dinner yesterday. Upon arrival we were told to wait in the pub while they set up the table. After 20 minutes of wait and asking again we finally made it to the table. Asparagus risotto was great although I felt the quantity was less.
