Just had an iced mocha drink from Costa coffee drive thru at wick hill maldon with a 50% off voucher. The service was terrible, over flowing drink which had run down the sides of plastic container making it wet & sticky, had to ask the assistant for napkins to wipe the sides down. As we were doing so the drink was dripping all over my husband's trouser. We pulled over in a costa parking space to tip some of the contents out. We drove home to enjoy our drink, as we had a takeaway. Settled down to enjoy our meal & drink, big mistake the drink was disappointing. I visit this particular store near enough every day and most of the time use the drive through. All the staff are great and welcoming but there are two young ladies that stand out. Especially when I have my daughter with me. She absolutely adores Imogen and Gabby. They brighten our day up whenever they are there. Always bubbly and make us laugh. Super ladies. My daughter has even said that she would love to work with girls like that. She's only 9 so not quite yet !! Keep up the amazing customer service.
