Terrible experience ordered a pizza on Tuesday to get the buy one get one free deal. The delivery man arrived with just one pizza and explained there wouldn't be a problem if I rang up the store. I proceeded to do so where a female assistant who's name the manager wouldn't give me stated that I should have ordered two pizzas and there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak with the manager who after about ten minutes of back and for about how I should have ordered two pizzas said he would give me a new one but I would have to pay £2 for delivery. Deciding that this was the best I was going to get out of the belittleing manager I agreed. The delivery driver arrived about an hour later with the second pizza but left within about three minutes of me explaining I would pay him once I had served a customer (this pizza was delivered to my store) he then stormed off and came back twenty minutes later expecting me to pay him £2 for the now cold pizza. On asking why he had rushed off he gave no explanation and started aggressively shouting across the store at me claiming I had an issue with manager and I shouldn't have kept him waiting and that if I don't want his pizza he's going. I then rang the store as soon as I was free to be called a child by the manager there who slammed the phone down when I asked what he was going to do for me. I was at no point rude to any of the staff but am extremely unhappy with the way the whole team took attitude towards me, if they had simply honoured their two for Tuesday offer I would have been quite content but now I will not be using the store again and would like a full refund and an apology from The manager Baig who was incredibly rude...

Have ordered the same thing many, many times. I was just greeted with a Facebook messenger call blasting in my ear, the girl appeared to deal with that first then asked "what was the address again?". I told it her and she simply said "it isn't written down." I asked what she meant and she said "well it ain't written down" I pointed out I needed a little elaboration and that was what I'd ordered, the same as before, and was told "well, it isn't written down". I told them to forget it. Customer lost, plenty more pizza shops around and that particular employee might as well be giving out a phone number for one of them. 11/10/20 Nothing has changed. Little one asking for pizza and they are the only place open unfortunately. 25 -30 minute delivery has, so far, taken well over an hour. Called at 50 mins, as app suggested "quality control" for 25 minutes and not "out for delivery". Was told "absolute maximum 5 minutes". I'm staring out the window waiting 15 minutes on from that and not seen a soul. Appalling. Little one has had to have a snack so now will hardly touch it when it eventually arrives. 1 hour 15 mins in. Called again, "apologies, we got busy, free pizza next time". Great. Just need to give ourselves 2 hours notice I guess. I won't bother, thanks.......🙄 Left pizza outside and PORCH DOOR OPEN!!! Pizza is cold. Pizza is missing...
Read moreThis is the 2nd time I have ordered from Dominos Malvern and had a terrible service. The first time, my food was extremely late despite the tracker saying it had been delivered already. When I called to enquire, the staff were rude and put the phone down on the side so I could hear them chattering away for a good 5 minutes at my expense before answering my questions. Tonight, they forgot part of my order and when I asked the driver about it he just looked at me at bit blank and suggested I call them if I wanted the rest delivered, as if I was asking for a special service! For the price I was paying I at least expect them to be able to fix their mess for me instead of making their customer jump through hoops to receive the food they've paid for! It's been a further 45 minutes now and I am still waiting for the rest of my order. Honestly, I've worked in customer service so I know it can be tough, but these guys really need to sort...
