This pub is a local for me. But over the years, it has gone massively down hill. Like all pubs it has the regulars who go day in and day out. Apart from that the pub doesn't offer much to attract the custom. It has a vault area where you used to be able to play pool. But this is always closed now. Which i do not know the reason for. When ive asked multiple times and dont get an answer. There is a social club at the side of the pub, which can be hired out for events. Which i think is the only best thing...

Book for my sons christening in September and can honestly say the staff was so helpful and amazing for us, they knew that I had a lot to do with having to be a church for 11 on the Sunday so because they didn’t have an event on the Saturday they let me come and set up all the room the day before so was less stress and let me store my food in the fridge, highly recommend will always book here room is so lovely and just an over all a lovely place booking my sons first birthday here wouldn’t go...
