An order was placed via the app for three different sandwiches. The delivery driver delivered the wrong order and when questioned could not help and drove away. I called the store to be told that they can see that the wrong delivery was collected and as a result delivered as out sandwiches were still on the counter. I was told the only way we could have them was either to drive to Melton to collect, or reorder and pay again! I did ask if the delivery driver could not re deliver, but apparently the computer said no. I will now be visiting the store to speak to the manager to discus as we are now down nearly £30 and still no sandwiches. I understand mistakes happen, but to not have an option to rectify seems a little...

Signed up and ordered through the app ok but when I got to store they no longer do click and collect even though there is a big poster advertising the app. They hadn't got my order through which as they don't do it no wonder, but no way of cancelling the order once placed, no phone number to call to sort it out. To give the store credit they honoured the order but on the flip side, no seads for the bread, no normal chicken, no meatballs. Since found out I don't like teriyaki...

There were 3 members of staff working, there was a bit of a queue and it seemed that there was a panic.
Not that I've worked at subway but the 1st member of staff would ask what u would like while the 2nd member of staff would be sorting the salad/topics with another customer and the 3rd member of staff would be taking the payment from who's already been served
