Greggs — Restaurant in Metropolitan Borough of Solihull

Normally an excellent place, wouldn’t fault it, even when it’s busy which it is most lunch times. Today I asked for a roll to eat with my soup. It was taken out of a drawer without tongs by the cashier who is handling money. When i went back in to say can you change my roll and use tongs she was very abrupt and angry. Due to the fact there is a potentially dangerous virus going around you would think she would be more aware of money and food mixing also working in food service/customer service, neither was on point. Disappointing...

Long queues and cold food.

So I've visited this Gregg's twice now and both times the food has been stone cold! I've had chicken bake and bacon & cheese turnover each time and both times the food has been freezing (so cold it's like it's been taken out the fridge and served)

Not sure if their hot counter actually works but my gosh why serve cold food when it's ment to...

This place is lovely, I had the chicken bake and steak bake. I found these two to be fulfilling as a lunch. I greatly recommend Greggs they blew me away the first eating in. The place is so clean, with a beautiful lake behind it. I fed the ducks bread but I don't know if they eat Greggs. I'll let them try the vege roll next visit, its...
