Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Mid Suffolk

The cost of everything from a massive multimillion dollar company is nuts. Having to pay extra for oat milk but not soya!? What!? Why is our free and the other 45p extra. Nearly £10 for 2 coffees is crazy and this isn't London either. I won't be buying anymore from Costa. Things need to change everything is going up yet the bug companies don't care about thier customers. Costa coffee in stow is excellent. The staff are brilliant and remember what drink you have, always say hi, and it's very clean, looks great .

Never had been here before and fancied a sweet hot chocolate with all the trimmings. So pulled up and said can I have your best hot chocolate please, with cream and marshmallows. Response was we don't do marshmallows or cream with our hot chocolate, great!!! They drink i received looked like a puddle of Mudd. Tasteless and bland. Awful. Considering this place is built on hot drinks i expected...
