Meadow - Kitchen | Bar | Terrace — Restaurant in Mid Sussex

I had my birthday dinner at the Holiday Inn Meadow restaurant in Worth, Gatwick. The place looks stunning, contemporarily refurbished and busy for Tuesday evening which was reassuring. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco and olives & pizette as a starter followed by three steaks as a birthday treat - lamb ramp, ribeye and fillet. All came out looking perfect and tasted superb. The meal was accompanied by a great customer service of the team - George, Sarah, Charlotte and Yasmin - who have made a great effort in serving us and even brought me a birthday brownie surprise with a “happy birthday” song! Firstly, food is amazing! The chairs are comfortable. The management was bad. We were being served by the manager and when we complained about our meals coming out 15 minutes apart, he became passive aggressive with us, avoided eye contact and sent other members of staff to speak with us because he didn’t want to own up ti his mistake. Had a wonderful dining experience! The food prepared by Chef Roomy was absolutely delicious full of flavour and beautifully presented.
