Red Chilli Restaurant — Restaurant in Mole Valley

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. When I visited with my family, we were not given a friendly welcome. Throughout our time, we received very bad service. The waiter was speaking very arrogantly as he was dealing with the issues we had with our order. The food quality and taste were bad. The butter chicken was extremely sweet. I would rate their service to 0 star if there was an option to do so. The way the waiters were dealing with our orders, it was very pathetic. Even while we were placing our order, the waiter looked so puzzled and was not able to understand, and he missed a few items. Later, when we asked for the missing items, a different waiter came to the table and showed passive aggression towards us. It was a very disappointing and bad experience for us as we visited this place because of its reviews. Avoid going here as it's not worth it for the quality and service provided. The plates and cutlery were stained with food. When we asked them to change it, the waiter was literally throwing the cutlery on the table, which looked very bad.The staff at the restaurant need training to provide better customer service. Really bad rushed out the door to make way for bookings was told 6.45 which ended up being 6pm! I assumed that at 5.30 I would of been done by 6.45 so decided to order They rushed me out the door at 6pm taking away my poppadums and my curry was halfway through they were about to take my drink too but I insisted that I was going to finish that I think it was extremely bad that they told me 6.45pm then suddenly at 6pm they say oh sorry you need to leave its booked for 6pm despite me telling them I was told 6.45 the customers were happy to wait for me to finish my meal but the restaurant staff were clearly noy in his mangled English ge say you finishhh yeah couldn't barely understand him I said no I haven't 2 minutes later staff grab my curry and my poppadums plates and say you pay you pay they were just about to take my drink which I said no If I'm paying for my full meal I'm finishing my drink no discount or apology was offered if I'd known it's 6pm I wouldn't of bothered ordering Anyway turns out the working brasserie is a far superior curry anyway will be going up their in the future because the food of what I did have was crap anyway Never will come back here and will make sure others...

I Went to visit some friends in Dorking. For dinner we dined in this beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere was brilliant. We ordered - both grills and curries.

From the grill - Grilled lamb chops, Tandoori mixed grill with extra half tandoori chicken - presented with in house salad. The sizzling sound, smoke and the smell of those dishes really boosted our apetite. The chops and tandorri chicken were nicely spiced and tender. Garlic naan was served with grill which was really soft to eat with.

From the curries - Lamb shatkora gave us a unique and delicious taste. Tilapia fish bhuna was the one other dish we went for from the staff (Mr. Nurul's) reccomendation. Guess what - It did not fail.

Staff are well mannered and very well presented. Dishes were served beautifully. Excellent customer service. One improvement I would be willing to see is to add different types of Lassis in their drinks menu. I was craving for one.

Bills were really reasonable for this amazing fine dining experience!!! Definitely...
