Greggs — Restaurant in Newark and Sherwood

Well this morning it was blatantly obvious that the female staff member didn't want to be at work this morning and was not happy at all about us being at the door at 6am ready for them opening, constantly shaking her head in disgust and then biting my colleagues head off when asking for a coffee, yes mrs we know it's only card payments we can read the signs you have up everywhere and it's not our fault that you or us are still having to go to work during these testing times. Giving it 4 based solely on how clean and organised it looked and staff interaction and friendliness.

I only wanted a coffee, but there was a problem, no milk I recall. Couldn't wait the suggested hour.

Outside there's not that much parking. Surprisingly busy. And always that idiot takes up 2 spaces. Not helped by petrol station with trucks in the way. Directions are not clear. When I pulled in I did think it odd someone appeared to be leaving by the entrance. I ended up doing same due to lack of signs and petrol...

Just stopped here for 2 steak bakes but they had sold out so i asked how long until more will be ready, i was told that they haven't put any more in yet and it will be 15 mins! This is the 4th time this has happened here now. Why cant they have more ready for when they run out like every other greggs in the country. Thats 4 times they have lost a sale just with me??? Bad for business, how many other people have walked out i wonder? safe to say I'll be stopping elsewhere...
