Scholars Restaurant & Terrace — Restaurant in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Ate dinner at Scholars whilst staying at the Courtyard for 1 night. Restaurant was big, quite busy as there was a coach party (eating a buffet), but there was a menu for the other guests. A wide selection of choices, I went with the mushroom tagliatelle, pretty good mushrooms a little watery. Only downside was the table I was shown to seemed more appropriate for a drink and a chat rather than eating as the chairs were far too low to eat comfortably. Pricing was as expected...
