Surprisingly bad food. I don't know where all the other good food reviews came from - either they cut costs, got a new chef, or the chef was gone on the night we went. I would have given 0 star here for the food, but I genuinely thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. We've been in the UK for 2 weeks and this is by far the worst meal we've had. I am 98% sure that the pizza we were given was a frozen pizza reheated in their kitchen. The dough was hard as a rock and the chicken was chewy in the way that only frozen chicken tastes. The burger was "ok" at best. I really do hate to write a bad review but this was not a good dining experience from a food perspective, in any way - specially for a place that's branding (and price point) is upscale hotel...

The food was exceptional and some of the best I’ve had in the UK. Unfortunately the experience was let down by mediocre service. Dirty plates were pushed out of the way to put down our mains. A plate from our starters was still on the table when ordering dessert. Drink bottles and glasses left on the table while cutlery was forgotten. I don't recommend it. The service is unacceptable; the young girls don't know their job. They're arrogant and rude. They treat customers with great courtesy. When it comes to food, you order one thing and it arrives in a completely different way. For example, I ordered grilled hadok and received a defrosted steamed herring.
