Stepping into this vegan cafe was like entering a serene oasis of good vibes and delectable delights. The moment I walked through the door, I was immediately struck by the beautiful decor, which blended natural elements with modern touches. The cozy seating areas, adorned with plants and soft lighting, created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a meal.

The menu boasted an impressive array of vegan dishes, and I decided to try their vegan goat curry and my SO went to for the TLT(tofu, lettuce, and tomato) sandwich. I was intrigued to see how this classic dish would fare, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed.

The vegan goat curry was a revelation! The flavors were rich and aromatic, with just the right amount of spice to tantalize my taste buds. It was hearty and satisfying, with tender mock meat that closely resembled the real thing, but without any animal products. The accompanying side dishes of fluffy rice and fresh, crisp salad complemented the curry perfectly.

Next up was the tlt sandwich, which was a delightful twist on the traditional BLT. The tofu was marinated and grilled to perfection, giving it a smoky and savory taste that harmonized wonderfully with the crisp lettuce and juicy tomato slices. The mayo added a creamy element that tied all the flavors together, making it a mouthwatering treat.

What truly set this vegan cafe apart, though, was the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. They were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to offer recommendations, ensuring that every guest had a delightful dining experience. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.

As a whole, my visit to this vegan cafe left me with a memorable and positive impression. I can’t recommend The Magic Sunflower highly enough! Mark, Jess, and Az are truly some of the kindest, most welcoming people you’ll ever meet, and supporting their home-grown café is always a joy.

The coffee is exceptional, some of the best I’ve ever had and the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Every meal I’ve had here has been a wonderful experience, both in taste and service.

On top of that, their selection of homemade cakes is always a treat, and they’ve recently added an incredible range of ice creams and milkshakes. Each one is bursting with flavor, made from fresh, natural ingredients, and crafted with real care.

Whether you’re vegan or not, this is a spot you won’t want to miss. Highly recommended!

Lovely food - I had the TLT and my wife had the Mediterranean Salad. We followed with a triple chocolate brownie which, as a self proclaimed world leader in brownie expertise, I can confirm these are more than satisfactory in taste and texture 😋

Drinks were enjoyable too - the Americano with oat milk was good, though the "soup bowl" style cup with a handle small enough for just one finger was a little awkward. The OJ came with ice, not a personal preference but the juice itself tasted cheerful, but far from cheap 🥤

Highly recommend a visit, only downside is the small place doesn't seem to have a loo 😬
