Been a few years since my last review... Post Covid the place is free of tie and under relatively new management.
Sadly, beer offerings disappointing and no longer offering sandwiches, but with limited options at 1:30 on a Saturday lunchtime, settled for a couple of pints of Landlord and a pizza.
The pizza wasn't cut and the crust was undercooked with raw dough evident in the middle. Otherwise, generously loaded with prosciutto and basil, although motsarella would've been less intrusive than the, slightly overdone, parmesan snowstorm.

Read moreWe hired the function room at The Three Horseshoes for a lunchtime family birthday celebration with over 30 attendees. Everything was first rate. Communication from Mike and the staff prior to the event was brilliant. On the day we received very many positive comments from our guests about the venue and the food. There was a lot of really good food available for the price, plus our vegan and gluten intolerant guests were very well catered for. All in all we have nothing but praise for this venue and would highly recommend it. Thanks too to Dan for looking after us all...
Read moreWillian is a lovely village and, of the two pubs, this is the most homely. A very traditional locals’ pub; complete with log fire, low beams and horse brasses.
Apparently the pub has just been taken over by a new owner and so the kitchen is temporarily closed. (The previous owner was also the chef.) The new owner lives in the village and so normal service, including traditional pub grub, is expected to resume very shortly.
