Greggs — Restaurant in North Warwickshire

Me and my partner come to this one everytime we visit Birmingham, there normally friendly and smiles. Well today was a different story...we walked in partner needed the loo was locked they said was out of order..no out of order sign on door? Then my partner said as a laugh I've held it for 2 and half hours (but he actually did so wasnt a lie) she then ignored him. We walked to the counter asked the lady what there ice cooler flavours was she then just stared at us and said "well when your ready" with a rude up tight look. My partner then proceeded to ask the question AGAIN to which she said there up there...now I understand they have probably had a long stressful day but customers don't expect to be treated any different because it was nearly closing time. I usually say Gregg's never disappoints, this occasion 😏 was a little. took them alot longer to process the click and collect. To the point I gave up waiting for the txt message to come through 30mins later. But in their defence with all the HS2 building in the area it's a very busy Gregg's! And seems to be a little understaffed considering how busy it is. And I think there where 4 of them there. (2 more than any other I come across) Me and the misses both had a breakfast baguette. Frustratingly Slow Service – Waste of a Break!

Absolutely ridiculous service. Only two staff serving during a busy lunchtime rush, and the queue was moving at a snail’s pace. By the time I got to the front, my break from work was practically over! What’s the point of a “quick” bite if you spend most of your limited time standing in line?

It’s not rocket science—lunchtime is busy, so maybe have more than two people trying to serve an entire crowd? It’s beyond frustrating when you only get a short break from work, and instead of actually enjoying it, you’re stuck watching the minutes tick by in a never-ending queue.
