We popped in ere today with our 5year old granddaughter the bar man was not at all welcoming,my husband asked if he had john Smith's his reply was just what's ere mate,he ordered drinks then asked if they had chocolate ice cream for the granddaughter ,no mate just what's on the menu ,,,,then told us if we ordered any ice creams it would be an hours wait ,We felt unwelcome and an inconvenience ,another man went to the bar asked for ice in his drink and must have had the same service as us,,, the customer said to the bar man you having a bad day ,no mate I'm...

Went here on sat with family 8 of us altogether staff extremely helpful putting tables together for all of us to eat instead of being separated we had starters and mains food was great service was to, gentleman that served us was polite, funny and attentive to our needs he made us feel very welcome. Kids really enjoyed the play area with the climbing frames good outside sitting area to.
