The Roadside Cafe Kegworth — Restaurant in North West Leicestershire

Fantastic little place, ordered large breakfast and was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in was made to feel at home, and the friendly staff were happy to change around items on the breakfast. The breakfast itself was amazing, I eat all over the country due to work and this place is comfortably in my top 5. Every item on the plate was cooked to perfection, I love tinned tomatoes and these were so so tasty compared to some places you go where they are just a tasteless addition to the plate, here they are lovely as was everything else. Very pleasant little cafe. Both staff members I encountered were very friendly, and the food was cooked to perfection (especially the egg 🥰). Will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend to anyone. Prices are very reasonable too. You can pay with cash or card, sit in to eat or take away (you can take cobs away anyway, I can't speak for a full breakfast though) and if your a bit socially shy like me you can order over the phone and pick up a bit later on. It's ten points to griffindor with this one! I only wish they were open later so I could get my dinner...

We were very happy with our experience here. Staff made us all welcome. Couldn’t do enough for us. Food was lovely. Definitely worth the visit, whether you on your own or with a group. ( would advise to get in touch with them first if you want to take a group ) There’s a choice if the weather is nice to sit outside or inside. Very well kept lay-by. Clean and tidy. Plenty of bins.
