I would never shop here knowing their views. Being a bakery they should know that rights are not like cake. One person being given rights and respect does not mean that there is less for others. Bigots not real Christians. I'd find a Jewish bakery they'll be more supportive!

Extremely disappointed with our breakfast in Ashers Ballyearl today. My partner & I ordered sourdough toast with poached eggs & bacon. The toast was burnt & rock hard & both our plates were dripping with fat from the bacon....Disgusting! The disappointment didn't stop there though, we ordered one soy cappuccino & one soy latte. My partners cappuccino was made with cows milk & my soy latte was burnt , I spoke to the cashier & couldn't believe that I wasnt offered replacements or an apology. The cashier simply stated she would pass my comment on. Horrified at the service I received & the standard of food ! I do not recommend this as a place to eat & I...

I had an uncomfortable experience during my recent visit to the coffee shop on doagh road. The woman who I assume was the manager was incredibly rude to the girl she was training on the till. She kept pointing out things the trainee had done wrong in front of me, which was completely unprofessional. On top of that, every time a new customer came to the counter, she’d rush over and stand right behind the girl, watching her overly closely and making rude expressions. It was uncomfortable to witness and made me feel really sorry for the girl, who was actually polite and doing her best while serving me. Staff training should be supportive, not humiliating - - especially not in...

Was I visiting a different place than others giving good reviews? Second attempt at lunch with 2 friends - mid afternoon, very few customers. Stood (as instructed by "wait to be seated" notice) - didn't realise we were invisible! After asking, menus were pointed at so we took 3 & sat down. After 15 minutes still waiting for service, asked to be served. Order taken then by a very sullen young lady who then proceeded to bring drinks, cutlery etc & pushed these across table. No offer of sugar for coffees. Food was acceptable when it arrived. However, note to self, "last time to try eating at this...
