Never once had the sweet potato fries, no idea where you got that from. I’ve sent back several overcooked chicken dishes at lunch time. The “new dish” you brought out when I had said I didn’t want a replacement (due to feeling sick from the off satay) I ate about 3 of them out of decency but the previous ones tasted like the satay had a strong fairy washing up liquid taste! Maybe it was another customer who you served off satay to who said that???

Kids didn’t finish their meals once, even split between the both of them like you brought up in the messages to me. You didn’t even ask me about the second “not out of date” satay I paid the bill and left.

Hope you check the cameras about the staff, feel free to send me the footage also if you are still denying them acting rude and mouthing off meters away when walking off with young children. In fact, hopefully your cameras cover our conversation too to prove your complete lies.

I don’t think saying I’ll be leaving a review is a threat 🤔 I’ll add screenshots if you still are accusing me of threats.

Atrocious.

First negative experience was off satay 🤮 the owner happened to be at the table beside me on his laptop and heard my complain, took it away and admitted it was off. At that point I felt sick and didn’t really want to eat the next batch he brought out.

Second pretty bad experience which resulted in a read but unanswered message immediately after sent. After another message a few days later, response received was patronising and demeaning.

This was to do with immature and inexperienced staff, incorrect things brought out and just in general totally inappropriate comments made. We actually heard mouthing off before we had even reached the stairs. For an expensive bill, poor service and clearly a cheap oil used as food average to low...

I want to cheer on GREAT service & Great Food in a very under - rated place! The food here is always Excellent and the staff were caring, personable & couldn't do enough for Myself and my children when we go in. Noteable was the attentiveness of the serving staff (I was in on a Thursday Evening a few Weeks ago) these Young Ladies serving us should be praised for their Hard work and smiles - Great to have friendliness! Not many serving staff are friendly nowadays ! They work relentlessly and are polite & deserve credit for same. They present themselves professionally and with their smartly presented uniforms are a credit to this wee place. Thanks for your dedication and Amazing food. Can't fault this place. If I could give it a 6 Star...

Hate to say but I was so disappointed about service and food. I went for my birthday and ordered the soup which I was told was tomato and was given vegetable instead without being told or asked. I explained this to the staff and was told Oh there was no tomato left. I was so shocked that they picked another alternative for me without my knowledge. Also I asked for gravy and was told they didn't do gravy then to be told by another member of staff they do. Such an confusing experience tht ruined my birthday lunch with my son. No kids high chair offered or child friendly cultlery/plates/menu. So disappointed. Staff did take my soup I didn't order off my bill when I told them I didn't order...
