can't say on this occasion that our experience was good, anything but

after waiting for an hour for a table when we finally got one well I have to say the service was terrible. after waiting for ages for our order we were served the wrong food. I ordered roast beef and got a steak and my partner ordered Turkey and ham. her food was covered in gravy and they seen that she was hugely disappointed with it they did offer her a replacement which she took. I started eating my steak and when I was half way through my meal the replacement for my partner arrived. it was compleatly dried out, obviously kept under a heat lamp. needless to say she could not finish her meal. after quite some time the lady that seated us came to take our plates away asking if she wanted a box to take the remainder home , my partner declined the offer. nobody came near us for over an hour to ask if everything was ok or if we wanted a desert,(which we did) so we finished our drinks and paid and left. not one person asked if we enjoyed our meal.i did say to the server at the time we got the replacement Turkey and ham that we must have been give. the two g order to begin with and she agreed that that must have been what happened and told me that I would be charged for roast beef and not steak which I said was fine. was not happy with the experience today Sunday 18 august and as we have eaten here on several occasions I'm afraid it will be some time before we...

Have been here before and food was delicious but went here for dinner Saturday night and it was just ok, food was mediocre, large portions, garlic chips had little to no garlic and were cold, had trio of buns which were slightly hard and tasteless..... Entertainment on was good, but we were seated quite close and not good when out having dinner with someone as cannot hear the other person... crowd was quite lairy and people came sat next to us literally joined our table and whilst we were still eating. And asked when we were leaving as they had friends coming and wanted seats. Would recommend going earlier...

First time visit and I am impressed! Really good grub, all very well cooked and tasty. Portion sizes are also just right. Only Cesar salad could be a bit better. Sauce was bland and way too much granulated parmesan. But everything else was top notch. Chips are fantastic. Service was very good and friendly. Food came out fast even when restaurant was fully booked. Looking forward to coming back. Defo...
