Domino's Pizza - Belfast - East — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Terrified me! I’m sure this is a great dominoes and I’m sure delivery drivers are usually great but please once it gets to a certain time in the evening-can your delivery drivers call the person who ordered when they arrive at the house to check before banging extremely loudly on someone’s door at midnight on a Sunday night!! We heard footsteps coming up the stairs (apartment), bang on the door, we stopped and muted the tv not knowing who would be banging our door at that time of night. We ignored cause scared and my bf peaked through the window blinds-he saw a car sitting in the middle of the road (nothing on the car to indicate who they were). Next thing we hear someone get out of the car again and literally run and must’ve banged their feet each step up the stairs as they were so loud-to which point I was terrified! Then they near banged the door down and now I’m having a full blown panic attack so my boyfriend shouts through the door who is it and turns out it was dominoes and had gone to the wrong apartment! I understand that happens but at midnight?! It took a long time for me to calm down because I genuinely thought something bad was about to happen to us. Can drivers phone people when they think they’re at their home and get them to come out or something by a...

I always order from this branch & am always 100% pleased with the order. The food has always been lovely but this time the nachos were burnt to a crisp, I dont mean slightly burnt, I mean black like charcoal & I had to bin them. The cookies were also black except for the very middle & were practically unedible. The pizza & garlic pizza were really nice though. Usually I get a feedback text but didnt get one this time but later, after finishing the pizza, I discovered a voicemail from the driver saying we had to inspect the food at the door - never been asked this before either & my husband went to the door to collect it, not me, & he wasnt asked to inspect the food. Ordered 2 pizzas and wedges at 7.50pm. Arrived at 9.20pm (although food had been ready from 8pm as I was notified on my phone!) Wedges are undercooked and frozen and the pizzas too, are cold. Currently waiting on my oven to heat them up! Not happy and won't be ordering from here again. Also the guy on phone made a comment about how I was giving him a 'lecture' or something along those lines when I was complaining. Couldnt make him out properly cause he was whispering down the phone :) Absolutely shite...
