This must be THE WORST Dominio's branch we've used. It was good to see that Domino's was opening in Holywood and we have supported this local business since their recent opening, having ordered maybe half a dozen times. Our very first order is the only order they've got right. Since then, there have been missing toppings, wrong sauces, missing sides, long waits way beyond collection times booked and cold pizzas. On 1st January, we spent £62.98 on 5 pizzas and sides. When we called to collect the order, we were given only 1 large dip instead of the 4 ordered. When we questioned this, a member of staff pointed to a sticker on the side of one of the pizza boxes and said that only one large dip had been ordered. Okay. Our fault then. Except it wasn't. When we got home and were checking the box labels to see which pizza was which, there it was in front of our eyes on the label ... 4 LARGE DIPS. We called the store and spoke to the (very disinterested) duty manager. He eventually offered to give us the other 3 dips if we called back down. If we'd done that, the pizzas would have been stone cold by the time we got home again (5 pizzas won't fit into a standard oven to keep warm). When we told him this, he (grudgingly) said that he would log a £5 credit against our phone number for future use. Right, so now it was time to enjoy our pizzas. We dug in only to find that two of them were as dry as the Sahara. There could have been no more than a teaspoon of barbecue sauce on each large pizza and both were missing toppings (which were clearly noted on the labels). Another two pizzas were missing toppings. A success rate of 1 out of 5 really isn't good. Another phone call was made to the duty manager. If he was disinterested before, he now couldn't have cared any less if he'd tried. I told him about the problems with our order and was met with silence. Had he fallen asleep? Had I been cut off? No. He was still on the end of the phone but just didn't seem to be particularly bothered. Eventually, he said (even more grudgingly) that he'd report the matter to head office. I asked if I would hear back and he told me that I should hear from them within 5-10 working days. The 5-10 working days have passed and I haven't heard a peep from anyone at Domino's. I called the store this afternoon to see if they could update me. I spoke with the store manager, Abbie, and explained what had happened and what I'd been told. She was unaware of the matter and couldn't find any trace of it being passed to head office. I asked her to check for the £5 credit against my phone number. Surprise, surprise, it wasn't there either. Abbie didn't seem to be particularly perturbed but did say that she would contact head office and call me back once she had received a response. I'm keeping everything crossed that I do indeed hear back from Abbie. In the meantime, I'll be ordering from DOMINO'S in DUNDONALD 😊. They aren't perfect and sometimes make mistakes but they do care about customer satisfaction and make an effort to put things right.

Genuinely horrified at the experience my in-laws have been subjected to by this franchisee. Dominos you should be more selective in who you are allowing to represent your brand! My in-laws, both of whom are pensioners, had agreed to mind their grandsons on the 14th September. Thinking they would treat the boys they went into the Holywood Domino's shop and ordered 1 large chicken wings and 1 small chicken wings without sauce, 1 garlic pizza bread, small ham pizza costing £32.98. Upon arriving home they realised the wrong order had been given. Receiving 1 large wings with BBQ sauce, 1 pizza bread, 1 small pizza and 1 portion of cold tacos. At this point my mother in law contacted the shop and upon learning the wrong order was advised a full refund would be given in store. After numerous requests with Domino's customer services and assurances the franchisee would be in contact within 5 days almost 2 months later there had been zero contact. The fact that 2 young boys were disappointed and left upset is bad enough but to find out the franchisee has closed the complaint without any action is staggering. AVOID...

Absolutely shambolic establishment. Had to walk for the guts of half an hour uphill from holywood to reach this wretched premises but my spirits were high at the promise of a delectable reward. I entered this shameful place of business and ordered my well-deserved replenishment only to discover that this despicable operation would not take cash. Bearing in mind that I, like many other customers at this location, am a young student from a nearby school and was merely making a visit to domino’s on a Friday afternoon after school with my companions, it is preposterous to not accept cash payments. Neither me nor any of my friends were able to obtain any pizza as we did not have debit cards and had only cash in our possession. This entire ordeal has left a very bad taste in my mouth and rest assured I will NEVER...
