Founded Coffee — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

My mum and myself called in here today. Ordered two lattes and a scone. Coffees came in ordinary glasses with no handles. When I asked for a cup for my mum instead of a glass of coffee I was offered a takeaway cup or an ordinary cup!!! That was ok but the coffee was Luke warm. I asked to get them heated. The staff were like hyaenas gathering around, all defensive about the coffee, saying I should have asked for extra hot as the taste is better colder!!! The boy who served me muttered to ask for extra hot the next time......there will never be a next time.....pure snobs!!!!! Definitely one of the best coffee shops on the North Coast! I attend regularly and have never had a bad experience - the food is excellent and really fairly priced in comparison to other establishments. The coffee always tastes great and is served at the perfect temperature! Great aesthetic and super cosy vibe. Founded Coffee shop is just fantastic👌The best coffee on the North Coast. Not only is the coffee and homemade buns sublime but what's makes this place special is the amazing staff. They are friendly, kind, considerate, efficient and passionate about their coffee. They always take time to talk to you, ask about your day and get to know their regulars (and their likes!) really well. Nothing is too much trouble. The whole environment is warm and welcoming.
