Four Star Pizza Derry Drumahoe — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I love love 4 star pizza and recently started using the drumhoe store due to moving to waterside. And iv already had 2 bad experiences

First time i ordered a small pizza and I got a personal pizza. When I rang back the staff were so u helpful and weren't interested.

Tonight I ordered a medium pizza and it landed half cooked and cold. I ended up putting it In to my own oven to cook it properly

We order food at this place and it took 3 hour to get here and when it arrived it was cold and stale. When we rang to speak to the manager about a refund all he could give to us was £6 in store credit. I would highly recommend not ordering from here. He was very rude and not understanding at all.
