KFC Antrim - Fountain Hill — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I recently visited KFC Antrim, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The service from the staff was poor, with little attention to cleanliness—most of the tables were left dirty despite the restaurant not being overly busy. I witnessed another customer waiting an unbelievable 45 minutes for his food.

On top of that, there was only one toilet available, the disabled one, and the water tap wasn’t working, so no one could even wash their hands. We had to go up and ask for basic things like extra straws and napkins, which should have been provided without asking.

To make matters worse, a group of kids was swearing and causing a scene, making the environment very uncomfortable for my family, especially with young children present.

Probably the dirtiest looking KFC I've encountered in NI. Reading through the previous reviews you'd think some of these points would have been addressed and rectified, this doesn't seem to be the case. Drive through last night for a zinger tower meal with pepsi max, got to the window to pay where im asked again what drink, they had forgot to put the order in. Im then told they only have 7 up or sprite, i reluctantly agreed on 7 up, i watch the girl go over to the dispenser and pour the contents of another cup into what would become my 7 up then hand it to me. It got threw in the bin immediately. Burger and fries both cold. Im a KFC afficionado and this shop is by far the worst I've ever had the misfortune of eating from. Managment appears to be non existent, don't bother acknowledging this review unless you take actual steps to rectify. Thank goodness for popeyes...

Stood for about 5-7 minutes before I was asked what I wanted. I was the only person in the restaurant. Gave my order and was given my food within 5 minutes.

I asked was there 4 meals in the bag. The man who packed the bag said yes there was 2 other meals under the box meals, he said it in a way as if why are you questioning me I just packed it myself.

Not feeling confident I checked the bag in the car. You can guess what happens next, I was back in the restaurant asking why there was 2 meals missing. Then they wonder why you ask the question in the first place.

At the date of writing this the KFC has a score of 2.8. How it has that high a score is beyond me. Last time I'll be there. Gave it too many chances always the same result. Clueless, inadequate service and needs a whole new...
