McDonald's — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Mc Donald's and its poor quality and just warm food, what is going on with them. Need to talk my sister out of wanting to going here and eat else were.

Can't give a 0 star, sadly. Went in about 9.15pm on the 28th of January. I understand they were busy, so I was ok about the wait, but to be handed the wrong food order. When I tried to call the member of staff back, she just stop to chat with another member of the staff. Then she walked on back to whatever she was doing. So I went up to the counter and stood for a moment to get seen too. That's ok as the place was busy, the member of staff that then seen to me got me a replacement order. I went back to eat it and this time, I got 6 cold chicken nuggets with cold chips. Not nice at all, so I had to go back again to say it was cold. Didn't have just as long to stand this time to get seen to. I got a new order again. Lucky this, it was warm, but by the time I had gotten back to the table. The cold food was still sitting on the counter and the member of staff that gave me the cold food the 1st time. Called over to me, "Would you not like your food back" I shouted back "way would I take it as it's cold" at this point evening colder. Not sure what McDonalds thinks about giving people cold food as this is not the 1st. McDonalds I have had cold food in and probably not the last. 0 star...

Terrible visit tonight. Ordered a double cheese burger (only cheese and ketchup) medium fries and a galaxy mcflurry. I was given my mcflurry then a minute or so later the guy was told by the manager, "end of the lane that one" So I was sent on my way to the end of the lane with no explanation. Obviously I was holding the queue up. After 5 minutes of waiting , I decided to eat my mcflurry as it was starting to turn into caramel milk. I really wanted this AFTER my food, you know kind of like a dessert as it is intended. Then after ANOTHER 5 minutes a girl appeared and handed me my food without a word of apology or explanation. Oh and they conveniently 'forgot' to provide me with my receipt, I wonder why(?) I had my son sleeping in the back otherwise I would have gone in to complain to a manager. Sometimes this just is unavoidable. Terrible customer service and definitely...

Help. I have been going to Mc's Sprucefield for years and have always given it 5 stars. The changes made to the way you order and receive your food are hateful. Teething issues will always happen with new set ups,I know that . First I tried to use the touch screen to order food I needed Help ,looked for assistance, none.Went to manned till ordered food got ticket receipt with my number. Waited watching screen as my number went from pending to order ready,then it disappeared asked a staff member looking totally lost where my food order was,her response was "is that your ticket". That was in my Hand,"YES". When food arrived after a wait and brought it to where my family were sitting Cold. O'Dear. I took my 13 year old daughter with me the next time I visited and I felt like a dork. Within seconds she had ordered,I'm getting too old...
