Every time I go here they get something in my order wrong. I ordered and paid for 2 double cheeseburgers at the drive thru and a happy meal for my daughter and the happy meal was cold and they gave me 2 single cheeseburgers. They always get my order wrong and there is no way to complain or get a refund. I suggest if anyone else has this problem to do what I did and do a ‘chargeback’ with your bank. If they are selling you good which are not as expected or incorrect you are legally entitled to a refund, It takes like 2 minutes time so it’s definitely better than spending an hour trying to get through to someone for a refund. Take pictures of the items and receipt as evidence. It might be a little amount of money but it’s the principle. A big company like that should have a clearly defined refund process on their app or website. They are forever spamming you with offers to take more money but when they get it wrong they don’t want to know. I hope if anyone else has a bad experience or an incorrect ores this helps. When I get the refund I will donate it to a mental health charity as I say it’s not about the money for me it’s...
Read moreSave yourself the crushing disappointment and don't bother ordering McDelivery from this branch of the franchise ever. They literally ALWAYS get your order wrong and you discover missing items every time (and it's commonly major items in your order, not just side items). As part of my latest (AND LAST!) delivery order, I had ordered a Quarter Pounder and a Bic Mac along with some sides and drinks and they only delivered the sides and drinks! It was in a sealed bag so clearly the store's fault but they refuse to speak to you and make you call UberEats for complaints around delivery orders and UberEats will only ever refund the missing items (even if those items formed the whole basis of your order). You have no recourse to return your (partially delivered) order and they outright refuse to give you a full refund no matter how little of your order they have delivered. It's actually a very unethical practice forcing you to pay for the fraction of your order which they bothered to pack in the bag. I will never order McDelivery again, the staff here just do not seem to take any care and the latest delivery was a joke and the...
Read moreUnfortunately drive-thru orders have been missing something several times, which needs improving. Pre-order is fine, but when you're then waiting 10 minutes because there's 10 or 15 Uber drivers ahead of you it kind of defeats the purpose of fast food. What's the point of ne ordering ahead on the app when I still have a 10 or 15 minute wait because of home deliveries. The whole delivery driver situation is wrecking the original purpose. This needs to be separated from the customer-facing end of things. As for the staff in-store, the girls working the floor couldn't be lovlier. Professional, unbelievably friendly and a joy to be around, and the store is absolutely immaculate. It's such a pity that the business model is so flawed by such a mess in the delivery area of things that it's impacting so badly on the people who actually come in to eat. The staff are first class, the people in charge of operations need...
