First time visiting Millars Bar Ballycarry, and it most definitely won’t be our last. Stopped in for something quick to eat, without a reservation , which wasn’t an issue. The menu had so many tasty options , the hardest part was narrowing down on what to pick. We all picked something different and no one was disappointed. Daughter even announced ‘Best pizza she’s ever had!’, which is saying something as she loves pizza. Priced reasonably, big portions and everything came out piping hot. It was busy as we were leaving so I didn’t get more photos. Millars is a quaint, traditional pub, with a cosy feeling, they had an open fire warming the room, friendly welcoming staff who were very attentive. We look forward to our next visit and recommending to friends & family.

What a wonderful place, we came by for a short stop with our camper van. By the open fireplace, we had a Guinness and tried the fresh lobster, caught from their own boat. Absolutely delicious! Also, the friendly owners who sat the table next to us, came over for a quick talk and gave us advise for some amazing spots to see. We‘ll definitely come again when we visit Northern Ireland once more!

Great food, we had a variety of chicken goujons and burgers, with garlic fries, sweet potato fries. Sundaes and cheesecakes for dessert. Great atmosphere to watch the rugby on a big screen. Girls serving extremely helpful and friendly. It was my birthday and they brought out a cake! Was a great way to celebrate.

We had our wedding reception here mid September and honestly, it was the most intimate, special day with fabulous home cooked tasty food and the best, most professional team organising it all for us. Tony, Judi, Katie, Calum and the whole team at Millars could not do enough for us.... in the weeks leading up to our special day they were in constant contact, ensuring everything was in order and to our liking... Judi especially put her heart and soul into arrangements, ensuring all our needs were met and that every last detail was covered. We had free reign to decorate the function room as we wished and we were looked after as if we were family throughout. All our guests said it was the best day ever and we have the most special memories. just love this bar and the family who run it. Salt of the...

We had dinner at Millars Bar. We felt welcome from the first second, with other patrons waving us in through the door and Susie & colleague showing us to the dining part of the pub. The service throughout was warm and friendly. The food - chicken wings, breaded mushrooms and garlic bread for starters, ribs, messy chips, bangers & mash and fish & chips was very tasty. Portions are definitely not 'wee', so we hardly had space left to share a delicious sticky toffee pudding with the whole family. If ever in the neighborhood again, we'll definitely pass by again. Best surprise is the bill - hard to beat in terms of value for money. Thanks for giving us a great experience on our last night on the...
