It used to be OK but in the last couple of months it's got very poor, I stopped buying from them but tried ordering from the place again just to see if they'd improve, unfortunately not the food is slop, you're paying more now for less quality, I ended up throwing most of the chips in the bin and the burgers weren't finished by all three of us as they were quite bad. As a usual customer, most visits are typically fine but the past few orders have been very poor. Food is decent but the chips are now always under cooked and very greasy.

When putting in a collection order they never cook the food until you actually arrive so what is the point? They will cook walk in orders before they cook the collection order that was made 15 minutes before hand. Very disappointing.

Delivery is always an hour wait, no tracking, and often drinks and dips are forgotten.
