Supremely smooth and intense gin botanic, triple distilled malted and unmated multi grain spirit infused carefully sourced botanicals. Embellished with a squeeze of lemon and lime alongside an orange wheel.
Bertha's Revenge
Named after a 48 years old cow and fittingly made from whey, this gin is distilled in small batches in east cork. The flavours are citrus dominated with strong elements of spice on the finish. Garnished with a peel of orange.

Gentle juniper with spice and herbs, botanicals include french lavender and dragon eye embellished with a peel of grapefruit and a lemon slice.
Copper House Gin
Classically charged with juniper, floral and citrus notes. Garnished with an orange peel.

Cosy bar with open fire. Historic drinking hole with low ceilings and plenty of character. Pints of Guinness were very nice. Best bar in town (from the ones I visited). Friendly staff. I liked the booths for cozy feel and would definitely come back for a drink next time...

Amazing old (very old) bar right in the centre of the city. Character seeping up through the street paving stone floor. Staff fantastic. Guinness pints as they should be. Essential visit required...
