We've been for Sunday lunch once before and had to wait an hour for a table (after booking by phone the week before), We decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves, but wish we hadn't. Once again we booked a table a week beforehand for 3 o'clock and had to wait almost an hour for our table at 3.45. A joke. Furthermore, we ordered after another 10 minute wait, then had another 3/4 of an hour to wait before our meals arrived. Absolutely abysmal. No apologies from miserable staff either. The food was nice, but after waiting almost 2 hours it didn't touch the sides. WON'T BE GOING EVER AGAIN. Avoid at all costs, unless you eat hearty meal...
